What's the difference between free and premium?

Free users get PNG downloads with ChoreChartAI attribution and 5 charts per day. Premium users get PDF downloads, no attribution, 50 charts per day, and priority support for $4.99/month.

Can I edit my chore chart after it's generated?

Yes! You can edit task names, add or remove tasks, change colors, and customize section titles before downloading your chart.

How many people can I add to a chart?

You can create chore charts for up to 12 people. The chart will automatically adjust the layout based on your needs.

What is "Chore Black" and why does it save ink?

Chore Black (#191919) is a special dark gray that prints just like black but uses 70% less ink because it doesn't trigger your printer's color mixing system.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your premium subscription at any time by clicking "My Account" in the menu. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

My chart isn't printing correctly. What should I do?

Make sure you're printing at 100% scale (not "Fit to Page"). For best results, use the PDF version if you're a premium user, or ensure your PNG is set to print at actual size.
